At a young age of 12 years young I remember going on my first family trip out of the United States, and back to my home country Nicaragua. My parents and I are immigrants who came to this country looking for the American dream and better life. On this trip my parents took me to a famous and perhaps the greatest market of Central America which is located in Nicaragua. They took me to "El Oriental" market, and there in what seemed to be a never ending market full of all kinds of wonderful things and handmade artisanry goods my mother pointed out a barbershop at a distance and there was the beginning of this journey into barbery. I found myself in front of the barber chair, a short skinny boy, as I softly slipped up on the barber chair and while I relaxed and closed my eyes at the hum of the clipper I heard for the first time a thought that I would later hear throughout my life. This thought was like an inner intuition that was perhaps guiding me but I never took seriously not until later on in life. The thought was the following: "I would love to be a barber". On September 16th 2025 that was the day I decided to take that inner voice and thought seriously. On that day I shopped around for the right Barber School, and found one. I visited the school that same day, got interviewed, admitted, paid a deposit on credit, and was accepted as a barber student at Easy Beauty and Barber School in Orlando Florida. The next day was also a day off from work, so I went right in and started my first day of hands on Barber school training. I currently have a full-time management position at a local Retail Exterior Car Wash while studying barberry until the present time. As a barber student I cut hair under the supervision of my Barber School professor(s) and have shown great hand coordination as well as skillful cutting detail as professed by his mentor and teacher "Mr. Teddy".
